So I’m chatting with my Dad earlier and he tells me that he just got a call this morning from a company called Merchantcircle.com. I say “I have never heard of them, what do they do?” He says that he “thinks that they ‘help’ link small companies together, so they can work with one another and meet one another more efficiently?” Hmmm, Sounds like a good idea?
So I do a little ”research” on this Company and there are some interesting things out there regardong these guys. From what I was able to find out with a simple yahoo search was that these guys made a few people kind of unhappy with the way they ran their business model. (I will give them the benefit and say the way that they “used to run their business model”). Rather then sit here and rehash what I have found on these guys, I will simply give you some links and this way you can read what you want into this company.

And from what I can tell by briefly reading this person blog, she seems to be someone that merits more reading in the future.

Why you ask am I bringing this up? Well first let me start out by saying this, anyone who really knows me knows I have a serious problem with advertising and marketing people. And it seems to me, from what I have read thus far, (More then just those two links I wish to note.) these guys seem to be the epitome of what I dislike about “A&M types”. Small business have a difficult enough time without some a potential scam artist trying to trick them into buying a service that they really don’t need. I know, as I have not only run, but owned a small business or two of my own.
That being said, here is a little less provoking trivia: 10 percent of all human beings ever born are alive at this very moment.
