So I am chatting with good friend earlier and we are talking about selling some of our old Punk Rock records on the bay. Some guy was offering him like $400.00 for this 20 year old 45rpm record? Who knew? Ahh well, at least I have one I can sell too!
The funny thing is that it seems that it is just the 45’s that are selling at the higher prices? It seems that the 12inch versions are still costing about as much as they did when they were brand new?
While I am on the topic of Music and Records etc, I wanted to note to LOTGK, I finally found that pic and thought you would enjoy, (you thought I forgot? lol). It isn’t my copy, but it is enough to show and make ya laugh? The record was on Frank Zappa’s label, Straight and then a LARGER company came and put it out to the Masses. But the said, “No, No to the Phallic thumb!”
And some days that is all you can say, ”No Phallic thumbs allowed!”
